Ningbo Zhongda Metal Casting Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo City, the second biggest container port in China. Our company is a group company, including a trading company and one factory. The factory is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of various kinds of metal products. Our main products are various castings (including investment wax casting, silicon sol casting, die casting, sand casting), metal stamping parts, and forging parts.

Our company was established in 1994. The yearly output of various castings is above 4,500 tons and 1,000 kinds which are used in vehicle, metallurgy, automobile, motorcycle, construction machinery, railway, electricity power, machinery, mine, petroleum, agriculture, coal, marine, architectural machinery, medical and food machinery, and other machinery equipment have already been sold to Australia, the United States, Canada, the UK, (Britain, England), the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Spain, Portugal. Italy, etc.

The material refers to stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, high manganese steel, refractory steel, ductile iron, grey iron, alloy casting iron brass and aluminum, etc. There are about 260 employees in our company now. We have full-sets of equipment for production and testing, medium frequency induction furnace, wax injection machine, die-casting machine ranging from 250 tons to 1,600 tons, shot blaster, SPK direct reading instrument analyzer, metallurgical analysis, tensile strength tester, hardness tester, CMM. We can also do heat treatment, polishing, painting, TPR and other surface treatment. A formal quality assurance program with ISO9001:2008 certification ensures that the finished products meet the customers specifications.
